Franca's Ice Cream is a friendly family run business, owned by two brothers Pino and Felice Battista, founded in 1978 by our loving mother Franca. Our grandfather, “Old Time Tony”, was one of the first ice-cream men in serving tasty treats in the High Wycombe area. We are passionate about ice cream, and pride ourselves on delivering a wonderful service tailored to events of all sizes.

We are 5-star food hygiene rated, hold public liability insurance, and have a strong code of conduct, including risk assessments. All current Covid-19 guidance is followed by our team. Our reputation speaks for itself as we are very well known throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. Be sure to stop by and enjoy your favourite frozen treats!

"2015 will mark the 20th anniversary of Franca’s Ice Cream operating a café in Mill Meadows, Henley-on-Thames. The Henley Piazza is a focal point for the many visitors attracted to this riverside setting beside the Thames where fast food and delicious whippy ice cream is served always with a smile. Pino, Felice and the staff are warm and friendly and the facilities modern, bright and clean. Henley-on-Thames Town Council is proud to have been associated with Franca’s Ice Cream for these past 20 years and looks forward to continuing the partnership for many more years to come.
